[Oz-mooney] CIR versus PIFR

Hi All,

I'm in the final stages of planning for the upcoming PSP and need to make a
final decision regarding which options to take on the program.

I have the opportunity to renew my CIR at the PSP, but as I also have a PIFR
which is perpetual (sorry about all the acronyms) it seems the best course
of action might be to ditch the CIR and just fly under the PIFR.

Any views on this would be appreciated.
