Gary is elated that it’s happening to an organisation that deserves  this sort of thing to happen to them.  It’s called KARMA. 
 
For the uninitiated this company made un-authorised and un-documented modifications to my Mooney AND, conducted illegal (flying training) operations in it the USA when they let a student with 3 solos under his belt fly it.

There is a 24 hour security guard.  They have locked up all side doors, but the main hangar doors they can do nothing about so we are reduced to sleeping on the premises in order to keep the two businesses going. This is the most unjust, un Australian, un fair – let's make sure the people who pay their rent every month for 28 years go out of business. BAL are ignoring their HEAD LEASE 'obligations and liabilities' as laid down including the roll over policy which I believe is called an instrument.   (I am not a lawyer) The main one being that LEASES ARE ROLLED OVER ON THE SAME BASIS.CHANNEL 10 came and did a story which they say will be on TONIGHT AT 1700 – TURN YOUR TV'S ON TONIGHTTO ALL OUR STUDENTS/CLIENTS JUST KEEP ON COMING OUT WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT.Peter
