[Oz-mooney] POH/AFM revisions

Hamish,

Have retrieved the POH and the AFM approval page is 1224 for a '79 M20K.
According to Mooney it should be 1224F. I don't know if the "F" is
significant or not. Do you? It also has what appears to be an appropriately
annotated Amendment Record Sheet.
