[Oz-mooney] Drop Bears to Drop Wings

I have had this forwarded to me by a flying colleague. He told me his Beech
is poorly designed because it cannot do what Piper/Cessna's can and wanted
to know if Mooney's also had this design flaw. An inability to jettison
one's wings in an emergency....

 

Some of you in Victoria may remember this but I had not heard about it
before.
